Notary service that comes to you
We provide general mobile notary services for documents requiring a notarized signature. Appointments are available throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including same-day service when scheduling permits and evening or weekend availability by request.

Clear pricing before we travel
Every appointment is quoted and approved before dispatch. Your total may include the applicable Texas notarial fee, the mobile service/travel fee and any applicable additional appointment fee.
Total appointment cost = Texas notarial fee + mobile service/travel fee + any applicable additional appointment fee.

Deposits and appointments unable to proceed: The dispatch deposit is applied to the appointment total and becomes nonrefundable once travel begins. If the appointment cannot proceed after arrival because the signer lacks acceptable identification, a required signer or witness is absent, or documents are not ready, the mobile travel/mileage fee and the additional $30 appointment fee remain due. Galloway Consultants LLC may decline or reschedule service whenever travel or signing conditions are unsafe or legal requirements are not met.
Before your appointment
A few things to prepare
Having everything ready helps your appointment go smoothly.
- Bring a current, acceptable government-issued photo ID.
- Have the complete document ready, but do not sign it until instructed by the notary.
- All required signers must be present, willing and able to communicate their intent.
- Ask about witnesses in advance if your document requires them.
- Notary and travel fees will be quoted before the appointment.
